Facetheory Azeclear A15 Serum.
Azelaic Acid, one of my favorite ingredients in skincare, it’s an anti-inflammatory acid. Works beautifully on killing acne-causing bacteria but also helps by hyperpigmentation. It’s a true powerhouse and I would love to tell you guys more about this serum from The Face theory.
I always make sure that I test the products for a (very) long time, before sharing my thoughts. I have used this product for the last few months and where I have been using Azelaic Acid in the past on its own, I never used an Azelaic acid mixed with different ingredients.
The Azeclear serum includes Green tea Extract, Oatmeal and Rosehip Fruit Extract.
The Green Tea Extract contains a range of polyphenols, which have proven antioxidant effect in protecting the skin.
Oatmeal; has anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory properties. Perfect for dry and sensitive skin.
Rosehip Fruit Extract: extracted from the fruit rather than the oil, loaded with antioxidants.
What is so special about this serum is the mix of ingredients. Azelaic Acid is quite intense, but the mix with the different ingredients makes it very suitable for also the sensitive skin.
I personally do not use this product every day all over my face, but I love to apply it on blemishes or hyperpigmentation.
I do apply is all over my face too, but I probably do this 2-3 times a week.
I really did see an improvement on my skin, the texture is better, the hyperpigmentation seems to be less and it really does wonders for any blemishes. I am genuinely surprised by this serum, very effective!
Very important is to note that this product can make your skin more sensitive, so please, please do apply an SPF (all day every day!)
My advice is to build this product up, start slowly. Apply for example 1-3 times a week and take it from there.
I am now very keen on trying more products from the Face Theory. This was my first product ever from the brand and I am super pleased.
Thank you so much for reading, Xx Wiesje.
